BRENDA JOYCE MARTIN MANOS


West Monroe - Brenda Joyce Martin Manos, 76, of West Monroe, LA, passed away 
peacefully after a lengthy illness on Friday, September 15, 2017. She was 
born July 4, 1941 in Columbia, LA to Milton Otto and Joyce Aline Martin. She 
married Joseph Dale Manos on October 1, 1962. She was a devoted LPN and a 
minister's wife.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her younger sister, Louine Martin 
Ritchey; her grandson, Richard Ray Moody; and nephew, William Martin 
Ritchey.

She is survived in death by her husband of 55 years, Rev. Joseph Dale Manos; 
son, Joseph Dale Manos, II (Joey) and wife, Klarissa; daughters, Vivian 
Froust and husband David, Brenda Billings, and Martina Solomon; her brother 
Milton Otto Martin, Jr. and wife Leona; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-
grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be held Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Living Way 
Apostolic Church. Interment will follow at Welcome Home Cemetery in Grayson, 
LA. Visitation will be held Monday, September 18, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 
7:00 PM at the church under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West 
Monroe.
