Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Friday, December 26, 2014 at Hasley Cemetery in West Monroe. Alan Robertson will be officiating. Norma was born May 30, 1914 in Franklin County, Arkansas to Ulysses Grant Casey and Faye Taff Casey. She was married to William H. Marks on August 28, 1941 until his death January 15, 1988. She was a member of White's Ferry Road Church of Christ in West Monroe for over 40 years and for 15 or more years participated in arts and craft fairs. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her brothers, Clifford Casey, John Warren Casey, Vernon (Pete) Casey, Cloud Ivan (Bud) Casey, J.D. (Jay) Casey; grandson, Kelly Grant Sturkie and son-in-law, John R. Sturkie. Norma is survived by her sisters, Mildred Hembree, Sue Miller, Deane Kincy and June Magby; her daughters, Marilyn Sturkie, and Alice (Larry) Walters; her sons, Johnny D. (Martha) Marks and William Roger Marks; grandchildren, John M. (Theresa) Sturkie, Christina Marks, Amanda (Darren) Ranley, William Dean Britt Marks, Brandy (Bradley) Wilkinson, Jennifer (David) Flickinger, Matthew Marks, Mary Grace(Robert) Robinson, Casey (Kellie) Walters, eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
