Services celebrating the life of Vickie R. May will be held at 11:30 AM. 
Thursday, December 18, 2008, at Rose-Neath Marshall Street Chapel. Officiating 
will be Rev. Delbert Terry, pastor of Church of The Nazarene of Blanchard.  A 
graveside service will follow at 3:30 p.m. At Zoar Cemetery, Chatham, LA.   
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday evening at 
the funeral home.  Vickie was born November 4, 1952 in Minden, LA and passed 
away Monday, December 15, 2008 in Shreveport. She was an Administrative 
Assistant for National Tank Company in Bossier City, LA since 1978. Vickie was 
a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister and family and friends 
will miss her dearly. Thank you God for sharing her with us.  Her father, Jack 
Ryan, preceded Vickie in death. Left to cherish beautiful memories are her 
husband, Wayne May; mother, Nell Ryan; sons, Shane May and wife, Tiffany, 
Rodney May and wife, Mary and Randy May and wife, Michelle; daughter, Melena 
McNeely and husband, Wayne; grandchildren, Dyllon, Tyller, Allie, Megan, 
Parker, Jordon, Misti, Coty, Hailey and a new granddaughter expected in 
January; brothers, Richard Ryan and wife, Debbie, Billy Ryan and wife, Karen 
and Mark Ryan; and a host of nieces and nephews.  Honoring Vickie, as 
pallbearers will be Richard (Bubba) Ryan, Van Ryan, Wes Ryan, Stoney Ryan, 
Derrick Daniel and Denny Vess.
