PRENTICE GLEN MAY

Funeral services for Prentice Glen May, 50, of Monroe, LA will be held at 
Griffin Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 26, 
2012 with Rev. Butch Pilcher officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn 
Cemetery in Calhoun, LA.

Prentice was born on June 1, 1961 in Monroe, LA and passed away suddenly 
Sunday, January 22, 2012. He worked as a diesel mechanic at Southern 
Industrial of Rayville, LA. He was a loving father, brother, and uncle. 
Prentice loved fishing and spending time with his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Prentice "Jack" May and Mary Ann Evans 
May, and two brothers, Stephen May and John May.

Prentice is survived by his daughter, Rebecca May of New Orleans; his son, 
Glen Michael May of West Monroe; brothers, Jimmy May and wife Jerri of West 
Monroe; Henry May of Fort Worth, TX; sisters, Kathy Hunt and husband Richard 
of West Monroe; Jacki May of West Monroe and a host of nieces, nephews, family 
and friends.

Pallbearers will be Bobby Stokes, Billy Frost, Rock Frost, John Gulledge, Tony 
Rollins, and Johnathan Dew.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 25, 2012 
at Griffin Funeral Home.
