MRS. DOUGLAS "TEAL" MCBRIDE

Edmonds Funeral Home

Jonesboro, LA.

Services for Mrs. Douglas "Teal" McBride, age 81, of Weston Community, will be 
11:00 AM, Thursday, December 30, 2004 at the Edmonds Funeral Home Chapel with 
Rev. Malcolm Self, Rev. Billy Mac McBride officiating. Interment will be in 
the Zions Rest Ceme tery under the direction of Ed monds Funeral Home Jones 
boro, LA.

Mrs. McBride passed away Monday, December 27, 2004 in Ruston, LA, after a 
brief illness. She was born May 11, 1923 in Dubach, LA.

She was a former cafeteria worker and homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mae Miles, and son, Garland McBride, 
and several brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her hus band Douglas McBride of Wes ton, LA; daughter: 
Patricia Garner; four sons: Glen "Skeeter" McBride and wife Daphne, Rickey 
McBride and wife Mary Lynn, Randy McBride and wife Cindy all of Weston, LA, 
Keith McBride and wife Debbie of Gilmer, TX; daugh terinlaw: Mary Edith 
McBride of Ruston, LA; two sisters: Helen Lockhart of Minden, LA, Lucille 
Strozier and husband Wayne of Clay, LA; thirteen grandchildren, nine 
greatgrandchildren; brother and sisterinlaw: Ronnie McBride and wife Jimmrree, 
Genelle Trahan, and Kay Hogan all of Weston, LA, Ovie McBride of Natchitoches, 
LA; special friends, Clotial Pedron and Floye Pullig; numerous neph ews and 
nieces.

Pallbearers will be Brandon Garner, Clay Garner, Jeffrey McBride, Dan McBride, 
Mike McBride, Nick Tolar, and Joseph Cordaro.

Visitation will be at Edmonds Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 29, 2004 
from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
