"POLLY" WALLACE MCGEHEE Kilpatrick Funeral Home, Ruston, LA Funeral services for Maudie B. "Polly" Wallace McGehee, age 82, of Downsville will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, September 21, 2008 at Downsville United Methodist Church. Officiating the service will be Rev. Rolly Walker and Rev. Gloria Youngblood. Interment will follow at Downsville Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston. Mrs. McGehee was born December 4, 1925 and passed away September 19, 2008. Mrs. McGehee was a graduate of Downsville High School, North East Junior College, and Louisiana Tech University. She was a member of Downsville United Methodist Church and served as church treasurer and Sunday School Teacher. Mrs. McGehee served as clerk for the city of Downsville, LA. She was preceded in death by her son: Clarence Micajah McGehee, husband; Robert Joseph McGehee. She is survived by children: Bob McGehee and wife Diane of Downsville, Nancy Lou Cann and Husband Tom of Lindale, TX., Doug McGehee and wife Lisa of Downsville, and Eddy McGehee and wife Annette of Fairview, TX., grandchildren; Michael McGehee, Kim Pruitt, Cindy Brady, Carmen Hiltz, Brad McGehee, Dusty McGehee, Stormy Perkins, Jonathan McGehee, and Samuel McGehee; and fifteen great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Michael McGehee,Brad McGehee, Dusty McGehee, Jonathan McGehee, Samuel McGehee , Don Marvin McGehee, Mack Lipscomb, and Jimmy Aulds. Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Saturday September 20, 2008 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston.
