JACKIE MCGURK

Celebration of Life for Mr. Jackie McGurk, 63, of Monroe, LA, will be 1:00 PM 
Saturday, September 5, 2015, at 4083 Prairie Road, Monroe, LA with Rev. Buddy 
McGurk officiating.

Mr. McGurk was born January 24, 1952, and passed away on September 1, 2015. 
Jackie enjoyed hunting, fishing, drag racing, skiing, and shooting guns with 
his Jim-Jim. He was a self employed floor installer.

Mr. McGurk is preceded in death by his parents, daughter; Tonya Shepherd; and 
granddaughter, Leanne Paige Shepherd.

Survivors include: his wife of 31 years, Diane McGurk; two children, Chris 
Ellis and wife Brandy "Whiskey", and Michelle Marsh; nine grandchildren; six 
great-grandchildren; three siblings, Glenda Barton, Laverne McKenzie and her 
husband Luther, and Guy McGurk and his wife Ceal; and a host of nieces, nephews 
and cousins.
