KATE MCDUFFIE WHITE MCINTOSH

Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Kate McDuffie White McIntosh, age 90, 
are scheduled for 2 PM Friday, October 14, 2016 at Oak Ridge Cemetery with 
Father Bill Echols officiating under the direction of Golden Funeral Home.

Kate was born January 10, 1926 to Clara Harkness White and George Sidney 
White of Oak Ridge, Louisiana. Kate passed away October 5, 2016 after a 
lengthy illness. She was a longtime resident of Oak Grove, Louisiana, and 
member of Grace Episcopal Church in Lake Providence.

She is survived by son, James David McIntosh, Jr. and daughter-in-law, Julie 
Berry McIntosh of Collinston, Louisiana; daughter, Mary Kate McIntosh and 
son-in-law, Steven G. Proehl of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Kate lived the last 
five years in Santa Fe with her daughter and son-in-law.

Kate is preceded in death by husband, James David McIntosh and parents, 
George Sidney and Clara Harkness White.

Family and friends are invited for a life celebration for Kate at the 
residence of Dave and Julie McIntosh following the service.

In lieu of flowers, please give a donation to St. Jude Children's Research 
Hospital , 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
