Officiating will be the Rev. Donald Reeves. Burial will follow at Liberty Cemetery in Linville. Visitation will be at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Farmerville at 5:00-8:00p.m. Sunday, Sep 7, 2014. "Miss Norma" passed away September 4, 2014 at home in Ft Smith, AR after a short illness. A lifetime resident of Dean, she was born November 14, 1919. She attended Spearsville High School. She worked at Marion Clinic for many years and provided care and comfort for so many. She was a member of Dean Baptist Church, where she was pianist and organ player for over 45 years. She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Ann Hickey and Diedre Lane of Fort Smith, AR, Terri Sue Phillips of Frisco TX; one son, Jon R. McKinnie of League City, TX; eleven grandchildren, Scott Bardin of Russellville, AR, Pat Pillow of Jackson, TN, Terri Andrews of Benton, Amanda Phillips of Denver, CO, Ashley Meredith of Haughton, Jennifer Pearson of Dallas, Penny Gregory of League City TX, Randy McKinnie of Ruston, and Michael Hicks, Courtney Lane, Marc Lane of Ft Smith, AR, ninteen great grand-children and seven great great grand-children. She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty plus years, William Pinkney "Dub" McKinnie, two children, Michael and Cindy, her parents, Leonard & Tempie Ann Key Poston. Pallbearers will be Scott Bardin, Randy McKinnie, Larry McKinnie, Gary McKinnie, Marc Lane, Danny Smith, Roger Baker. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dewey Reppond, Dewey Rhodes, Charles Pace.
