ALMA COYLE MCLAURY

Funeral services for Mrs. Alma Coyle McLaury, 81, of Monroe, will be at 12:00 
Noon Friday, November 14, 2008, at home of Ron and Ann Cappo, 24040 Greenwell 
Springs Road, Greenwell Springs, LA 70739 with Rev. Paul Brill officiating. 
Interment will be in the Old American Lung Association Cemetery in Greenwell 
Springs, LA under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, 
Monroe.

Mrs. McLaury passed away Monday, November 10, 2008. She was a member of First 
Baptist Church of Monroe. She was a born again Christian. Her greatest 
accomplishment was her ministry to her family and to the Chinese Ministries at 
First Baptist Church in Monroe, LA.

Mrs. McLaury was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Roger Messer; and 
grandson, Timothy Cappo.

Survivors include husband of sixty-two years, Norman McLaury; three daughters, 
Karen Scott, Ann Cappo and husband Ron, and Lucy Jones and husband Roger; 
three sons, Norman McLaury, Jr. and wife Susan, David McLaury and wife Tina, 
and Danny McLaury and wife Terri; nineteen grandchildren, twelve great 
grandchildren, and sister, Nancy Valenzuella.

Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be Friday from 11:00 AM until service time at the residence of 
Ron and Ann Cappo, 24040 Greenwell Springs Road, Greenwell Springs, LA.

Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Monroe Chinese Ministries.
