LYLIA CROCKER MCLURE

Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM, Thursday, April 6, 2017 at Calhoun 
Assembly of God Church, 4108 Hwy 80 West. Rev. Richard Crockett will 
officiate. Interment will follow at Beulah Church Cemetery in Calhoun, LA. 
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe.

Lylia Crocker McLure, born October 6, 1935 in West Monroe, LA received her 
wings on April 2, 2017. Lylia was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and 
great-grandmother. She devoted much of her life to Christ as a pastor's 
wife, touching the lives of those around her with a servant's heart and 
unfailing determination.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Daniel McLure; parents, Laney 
and Myrtle Crocker; and brothers, Willis, Horace, and Orville Crocker. Lylia 
is survived by her brother, John Crocker; sister, Juliette Lewis; son, Danny 
McLure and his wife Perri; daughter, Sonya Patterson and her husband 
William; grandchildren, Angela Abbott and her husband George, Amanda Jett 
and her husband David, Kimberly McLure, Adam Rowan, Miranda Sam and her 
husband Sophyrath, Evan Rowan; and nine great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Adam Rowan, Evan Rowan, George Abbott, David Jett, 
Sophyrath Sam, and James Adams.
