KENNETH W. MCNEELY

Funeral services for Kenneth W. (J. C.) McNeely, 60, of Monroe, LA will be held 
at 2:00 PM, Monday, June 22, 2015 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe, LA with 
Rev. Erby Burgess officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park 
under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe.

Mr. McNeely was born on August 7, 1954 in Monroe, LA and passed away on June 
17, 2015 in Monroe after a lengthy illness. He was a retired investigator with 
the Louisiana Department of Health, a U. S. Marine Corps veteran in the Viet 
Nam conflict and a life member of Amvets Post 66. He was preceded in death by 
his parents, Kermit N. and Verna McNeely, his brother, C. W. McNeely and sister 
Demaris McNeely Woods.

He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Terry Purdy McNeely; his daughters, 
Kalynn, Kasey, and Kelly McNeely; stepson, Sam Purdy; grandson, Kendall 
McNeely; special cousin, Kyle Crowe; sister-in-law, Freddie McNeely; and many 
nieces, nephews, and friends.

Pallbearers will be Kyle Crowe, Mark Bramble, Phil Ewing, Keith Parker, Eddie 
Davidson, and Nubbin Harrell.

Honorary pallbearers will be members of Amvets Post 66.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, Sunday, June 21, 2015 at 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe.
