BETTY JO WHITE MEDLIN 

Greenoaks Funeral Home, Baton Rouge, LA. 

Mrs. Betty Jo White Medlin died Friday, January 29, 2010, at the St. Joseph's 
Hospice Carpenter House. She was 76 years old, a native of Arkansas, and a 
long-time resident of Baton Rouge. She is survived by a son, Dwain D. Medlin; 
a daughter and son-in-law, Timberly M. and George D. Enete; and two grandsons, 
Avery Enete and Benjamin Enete. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alva 
D. Medlin; two sons, Alva D. Medlin, Jr. and Gregory S. Medlin; parents, Dewey 
and Orene McHenry White; and a brother, Bobby J. White. Visitation will be 
held on Monday, February 1, 2010 from 1:00 PM until religious services at 2:00 
PM at First Baptist Church of Marion, LA. Rev Bubba Hoggatt will officiate. 
Burial will follow in Marion cemetery. Arrangement by Greenoaks Funeral Home, 
9595 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA. It is a request that memorial donations 
be made to St. Joseph's Hospice Foundation.
