JACK HIGHTOWER MILLIKIN 

Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home Tallulah, LA 

Funeral services for Mr. Jack Hightower Millikin, age 80, of Tallulah, LA were 
held Monday, June 22, 2009, at 11:00 AM in Trinity Episcopal Church in 
Tallulah with Rev. Bill Echols officiating. Visitation was from 9:00 AM until 
the time of the service at the church. Burial followed in the Silver Cross 
Cemetery in Tallulah under the direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home of 
Tallulah. Mr. Millikin died Saturday, June 20, 2009, in the Madison Parish 
Hospital in Tallulah, LA. He was born in Oak Grove, LA and grew up in Waverly. 
He had lived in Madison Parish most of his life and was a member of Trinity 
Episcopal Church in Tallulah. Mr. Millikin was a graduate of the College of 
the Ozarks as a Doctor of Pharmacy. He was owner and operator of Crow Drug 
Store in Tallulah, LA until his retirement. He is survived by his wife Dorothy 
Anne Millikin of Tallulah; one daughter D. Anne Ainsworth of Baton Rouge and 
three grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Carneal Ainsworth, L. P. Neumann, Len 
Neumann, Ben Neumann, Chris Neumann, David Gallent, Neal Elliott and Phillip 
Bowen.
