LESTER L. "BUDDY" MOORE 

Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Road, Monroe, LA 

Funeral services for Mr. Lester L. "Buddy" Moore, of Farmerville, LA, will be 
held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, January 1, 2008 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington 
Road, Monroe, La with Rev. Rick McPhearson officiating. Interment will follow 
in Hall Cemetery on Highway 15 in Richland Parish. Lester L. "Buddy" Moore, a 
retired air conditioner installer, died very peacefully at home unexpectedly 
Friday afternoon. He was a member of Lea Joiner Methodist Church. He was an 
avid walker at the Glenwood Medical Mall and Kiroli Park. He participated in 
activities at the West Ouachita Senior Center. He enjoyed attending area Old 
Car Shows. He served in the National Guard. He is survived by three sons: Kevin 
C. Moore of Chicago, IL, Lester L. Moore Jr. of San Diego, CA and David Lynn 
Moore of West Monroe, LA; one brother Jack Moore and wife Bonnie of 
Sterlington, many grandchildren and great grandchildren and nieces and nephews, 
an exceptional niece and nephew Mary Ann and Barry Wiley; and others in his 
life: Barbara, Donna, Lisa, Jeff, and Michael. Buddy was preceded in death by 
his parents Newton W. Moore and Mary Louise Moore, two sisters Elouise King and 
Mamie Dillashaw, two brothers Charlie Moore and George Purvis Moore. Visitation 
will be Monday, December 31, 2007 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mulhearn Funeral 
Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe, LA. Special thanks to Mary Ann and Barry Wiley 
for the most wonderful love they extended to our Dad
