He departed this life on July 21, 2014 in Jena, LA. He was baptized at an early age at St. Peters Baptist Church in Columbia, Louisiana where he was a faithful member, Deacon, and Trustee, as well as Superintendent and Sunday School Teacher. He was employed as a construction employee in Jonesville, Louisiana, Lock and Damn Operator at the Corps of Engineers, as well as a custodian at Caldwell Parish High School. During his earlier years, he was recognized by his ability to pick 500 lbs. of cotton in Columbia, LA. Bluith was a 1954 graduate of Union Central High School in Columbia, Louisiana and attended Southern University A&M in Baton Rouge, LA. He was a Mason of the Columbia Lodge 213 of Columbia, Louisiana. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lula Moore; his father, Emile Moore; brothers, Charles Moore and Raymond Moore; sisters, Geraldine Moore and Bernice Moore. He leaves to cherish his memories: Son, Carlos Cornell Wiley of Atlanta, Georgia; Godson, Henry T. Wiley, Jr. of League City, Texas; cousins, Anthony Ross, Ralph Ross, John Ross, Mary Henderson Pena, Ethel Henderson, John Henderson, Fred Henderson, James Ross, Jr., Kevin Ross, and Jackie Ross; nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
