Interment will follow in the New Chapel Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Moore was born on April 2, 1926 and passed away in the comfort of her home Wednesday, March 25, 2009 following a lengthy illness. Mrs. Moore was a member of First Baptist Church of West Monroe, LA, where she was a member of the Senior Adult Sunday School Class. She was a co-owner of Frost Trailer Parts, Inc. of West Monroe, LA. Her generosity and kind heart were an inspiration to all who knew and loved her. She is preceded in death by her father, Albert Sidney Frost and her mother, Annie Mae Gilliland Frost of West Monroe. Survivors include her beloved husband of 54 years, Oliver Ellsworth Moore, Jr.; daughter, Linda Moore Richardson and husband Gary of Nashville, TN; son, Oliver E. "Skip" Moore, III and wife Nancy of West Monroe, LA; brother, James Albert Frost; and six grand children; Sidney and Matt Richardson, Olivia and Laura Beth Moore, and Jay and Emily Bailes. Pallbearers will be Velton Frost, Frank Rose, Michael Rose, Robert Ballard, Patrick Campbell, and Jay Bailes. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until service time on Saturday at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe. The family would like to thank all of Mimi's caregivers, including Hospice Care of Northeast Louisiana, along with Betty Foy and Sandra Buchan for the special care and devotion shown during her illness. We would like to give a special thank you to Mrs. Clara Elmore, for her many years of exceptional love and care.
