NORMA LEE MOSES

Funeral Services for Norma Lee Moses, 89, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 
10:30 AM Tuesday, August 4, 2015 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West 
Monroe with Dr. Woods Watson officiating. Interment will be held in Hasley 
Cemetery, West Monroe.

Mrs. Moses was born on July 2, 1926 in Monroe, LA and passed away on August 1, 
2015 in Monroe, LA.

She was a member of First Baptist Church of West Monroe, and the Downtown 
Monroe Lions Club. She worked as an assistant for Dr. James Truly for many 
years. Mrs. Moses was a two time state bowling champion. She enjoyed traveling 
around the world. Mrs. Moses is preceded in death by daughters, Terri Lynn 
Brown and Patti McGahan; first husband, Doc Ford Brown; sister, Bessie Brister; 
and second husband, George Moses.

She is survived by son-in-law, Joe McGahan; granddaughter, Erin McGahan; 
sister, Fran Myer; brother, Wayne Bareswill of Rocky Branch; and several nieces 
and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 5:00PM until 7:00PM Monday, August 3, 2015 at 
Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Research 
for the Cure for Alzheimer's.
