JERRY MOSES

Funeral services for Mr. Jerry Moses will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, 
February 17, 2017 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. Rev. 
Jeff Luellen will officiate. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial 
Gardens under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.

Jerry was born December 4, 1937 in Monroe, LA and passed away February 14, 
2017 in West Monroe. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and was a 
member of Hyde Park Baptist Church. Jerry was a retired industrial 
construction manager. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn Tippen 
Moses; parents, Willie "Bo" and Rachel Moses; brother, James Miller.

Jerry is survived by his wife; Joyce Taylor Moses; daughter, Robin Moses 
Hooter and husband Charles; son, Ricky Moses and wife Katherine Renee; step-
daughter, Dana Flowers Fowler; step-sons; Mark Flowers, Larry Flowers, Mitch 
Flowers; sisters, Pat Leslie and Maurice Champney; brothers, Donald and 
Bobby Moses; 5 grandchildren, Christina McKee, Stacy Elam, Jeremy Hooter, 
Jessica Dalton, Stephanie Murphy; step-granddaughter, Karen Norwood; step-
grandson Judson Neciase; 12 great-grandchildren, 10 step- grandchildren and 
11 step-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Terry Lee, Buddy Lee, Sherman Martin, Wayne Fowler, 
Shaun Elam and Charlie McKee; honorary pallbearers will be, J.E. Lee, Wayne 
Martin and Tom Yates.

Visitation will be held Thursday, February 16, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 
PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
