Funeral services for Mrs. Ada Murphy, 78, of Swartz, LA, will be held at 3:00 
PM Friday, August 14, 2009, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, 
Sterlington Road, Monroe with Rev. Ken Evans officiating. Interment will 
follow at Springhill Cemetery.

Mrs. Murphy passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2009. She was a former member of 
The Eastern Star and Swartz Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include her son, Jack Lamar Murphy and wife Tina; daughter, Marion 
Murphy Peel and husband Marlon; grandsons, Keith Murphy and Kevin Murphy; and 
three great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Keith Murphy, Kevin Murphy, Terry Slade, Frank Murphy, 
Jr., James Steverson, and Charles Henderson.

Visitation will be Friday from 1:00 PM until service time at Mulhearn Funeral 
Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
