JUANITA FENELL "NELL" HAMAKER MURRAY

Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA

Funeral services for Juanita Fenell "Nell" Hamaker Murray, 68, of Monroe 
formally of Rayville, will be at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 27, 2009 at Brown-
Holley Funeral Chapel with Rev. David Willoughby officiating. Interment will 
be in Rayville Masonic Cemetery, Rayville under the direction of Brown-Holley 
Funeral Home, Rayville.

Nell Murray was born February 22, 1940 in Rayville and passed away Sunday, 
January 25, 2009 in Monroe. She worked at Richardson Medical Center until she 
retired in 1995 to take care of her disabled son who passed away in 2004 and 
her mom who passed away in 2005 from cancer. May God bless her for her 
selflessness for helping others. We could not have asked for a more caring 
mother and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her father, L. C. "Coy" Hamaker; mother, Florence 
Griffin Hamaker; sons, Rodney Earl Murray and Thomas Allen Murray.

Survivors include her son, Ricky Murray of Monroe; 5-granddaughters, Alicia 
Tatum and husband, Steven of Monroe, Amber Gibson and husband, Luke of 
Rayville, Amy Murray of Rayville, Chelsea Murray of Rayville, Brookes Trupiano 
and husband, Veto V of Naples, FL; 5-great grandchildren, Sarah Tatum of 
Monroe, Allison Tatum of Monroe, Blake McKnight of Rayville, Alexis Maciak of 
Naples, FL, and Veto Trupiano, Jr. of Naples, FL; 2-brothers, Luke Hamaker and 
wife, Betty of West Monroe, Gary Hamaker and wife, Juanita of Monroe; and 
numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.

Special thank you to Aunt Pat Montgomery and classmate Mabel Warner for all 
you have done.
