Hope was born on May 31, 2016 and was welcomed into this world by her loving big brother Camdyn Napper, her parents and grandparents: Becky and Lue Napper, Susan and Mark Singleton, Melissa and Eddie Parkman. Other relatives that are deceased include Great Grandparents Helen and Norman Parkman, Virginia and William Marbury, LaRue and Harold Napper, Mr. & Mrs L. B. Singleton, and Mr. & Mrs. A. W. Shaw, Dr. Jill Bordelon and Mike Singleton, Terry and Randy Singleton, Louise and Peter Hansinger, Paulette and Richard Shaw. Great Aunts and Uncles include Debbie Parkman, Charlotte and Jim Napper, Paula and Marshall Napper, Great Great Aunts Martha Marbury Gerig and Sara Napper Stephen Singleton and numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins In her short life Hope brought love and joy to many people especially to Camdyn who always wanted to be a big brother. It brought a smile to her face when she heard his voice or saw his face, and he loved her with all his heart. Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2016 from 1 - 3 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston, LA. A private family graveside funeral will be held on Monday, September 12, 2016 under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston, LA. The family would like to thank the many health professionals who made her life better. Dr. Candi Moak and all the nurses and staff of the pediatric department at the Green Clinic. Nikki Cowan and all the nurses and staff of Hospice Compassus. Dr. Laurie Lebleau, Dr. Marshall St. Amant, Dr. Angelle Klar, Kitzi Baxter and all the nurses and staff at the Women's Clinic in Ruston and Woman's Hospital in Baton Rouge. And a special thanks to Mrs. Dorothy Jones and Mr. Fred Blake.
