ESTELLE NICHOLSON

Funeral services for Estelle Nicholson, 93, of Rayville, LA will be at 1:00 PM 
Monday, May 11, 2015 at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel, Rayville with Rev. Roger 
Johnson and Rev. Chris Crawford officiating. Interment will follow in the Lynn 
Cemetery, Archibald, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, 
Rayville.

Mrs. Estelle was born April 25, 1922 in Carthage, MS and passed away Friday, 
May 8, 2015 in Monroe, LA. She was a member of Woodlawn Baptist Church. She is 
preceded in death by her husband of 73 years, Garland A. Nicholson; grandson, 
Bryan Nicholson; brothers, Carlton Chamblee, Raymond Chamblee, Billy Chamblee, 
and Preston Chamblee; and sisters, Inez Allen and Willa Mae Lilya.

Survivors include her children, Joann Futch and husband, Algie of Calhoun, LA, 
Bennie Lee Nicholson and wife, Donna of Vidor, TX, James Nicholson and wife, 
Margaret of West Monroe, LA, and Thomas Wayne Nicholson and wife, Ann of 
Rayville, LA; sister, Shirley Marble of Monroe, LA; 8-grandchildren, 12-great 
grandchildren, and 1-great-great grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are Larry Milby, Thomas Jones, Wayne Carr, B.J. McKnight, Terry 
Thompson, Johnny Mack Townsend, and Rickey Goodman.

Visitation will be Sunday, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Brown-Holley Funeral Home, 
Rayville, LA.
