Mrs. Noblin was born to parents Rovilla and R. A. Beard on April 10th 1937. Mrs. Patsy grew up loved by all who received the opportunity to know her. After graduating from the nursing program at University of Southern Mississippi at age 21, she met her husband and only love, David D. Mihlethaler. After the two married, they welcomed daughters Karen and Marcia into the world. Pat loved her daughters more than life itself. As well as a mother, she was a kind, genuine friend, daughter, aunt, sister, and cousin. Pat, being the family-oriented soul she was, always put her family first, never failing to make time for any dance recital, award ceremony, graduation, or party she was invited to. She moved from Hattiesburg, Mississippi to West Monroe, Louisiana in 2007 to be closer to her youngest daughter, Marcia and son-in-law, Lance, along with her two only grandchildren Katelyn and Conner, whom she deeply adored. Not only did she expend her energy into supporting her loved ones, but Pat was also a devout follower of God. She was a member of Ridge Avenue Baptist Church in West Monroe and truly enjoyed the gatherings she and her fellow Sunday school classmates had together to celebrate God's word. Her faith was one of the strongest an individual could have, and God couldn't be luckier to have received such a precious angel on the morning of August 5th, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, David D. Mihlethaler; and her mother, Rovilla Beard and her father, R. A. Beard. Survivors include her two daughters, Karen A. Hartness and husband, Guy and Marcia M. Donald and husband, Lance; grandchildren, Katelyn and Conner Donald; sisters, Fran Estes and husband, Tom and Sue Beard; brother, Andy Beard and wife, Jenny; several nieces and nephews, and a very special devoted niece, Carol Ann Estes Bustin. Honorary Pallbearers will be Blake Wheelis, Curtis Head, Lance Donald, Tom Estes, Andy Beard, Conner Donald, Bill Bustin, and Will Bustin. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe. Memorials may be made to Ridge Avenue Baptist Church in West Monroe, LA.
