NOLAN Funeral services for Charlie N. Nolan, 91, of Riverside Nursing Home, Monroe, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Spears Funeral Home of Monroe with the Rev. W.T. Hemphill officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery. Mr. Nolan died Wednesday morning at the nursing home after a long illness. A Union Parish native, he was a retired Ouachita Parish farmer. Survivors include twho sons, Sylvester Nolan, and J.L. Nolan both of Monroe; two daughters, Mrs. J.R. White of Monroe and Mrs. E.L. Venable of Bastrop; two sisters, Mrs. Effie Kilcrease of West Monroe and Mrs. Goldie Meeks of Frosttown; two half-sisters, Mrs. Martha Langley and Mrs. Lennie Nolan, both of Point; nine grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Pete Meeks, J.C.
