Frances Hooton officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Calhoun, LA under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA. Mr. Norris was born January 1, 1926 and passed away March 18, 2017. He graduated from St. Matthew's High School. He was a veteran of the United States Air Corps where he enlisted in 1943 and served during WWII. He had elite communications AACS Scotland/Germany. Mr. Norris graduated from LSU in 1950. Mr. Norris married Dorothy Louise Christmas in 1954. He was proprietor of Norris Style Shop which was established in 1931 by his father, Ellis Rip Norris. He and Dorothy continued Norris Style Shop, opening Norris' in McMillan Mall with continuous operations for 50 years. Both were actively involved in the community activities. Kramer was president of the W. Monroe Lions Club. Dorothy and Kramer were the founding elements of Kiroli Park. He was preceded in death by Dorothy Louise Christmas Norris; and son, Chris Daryl Norris. Survivors include his three sons, Karl Dale Norris of Dania Beach, FL, Steven Noel Norris and wife Dana of West Monroe, LA, and Jeffrey Randolph Norris and wife Shannon of Ashland, MO; grandchildren, Amy Norris Henstra and husband Sam, Casey Norris and wife Dorothy, Alysia Norris, Andrew Norris, Jeremy Jones and wife April; great grandchildren, Riley Henstra, Katie Henstra, Ellie Henstra, Logan Norris and Gunner Jones; and step grandchildren, Jessica Thomas and Jeff Fragala. Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until service time on Wednesday at the church. Memorials may be made to the McGuire United Methodist Church Building Fund or to Ouachita Parish Public Library.
