NUNN Edmonds Funeral Home Jonesboro, LA Hodge, LA - Services for Ralph W. Nunn, 70, was held at 10 a.m. Friday, December 5, 1997 at Hodge Baptist church, with Rev. Perry Lassiter and Rev. Joey Bignar officiating. Burial was in Antioch Cemetery, Quitman. Mr. Nunn died Wednesday, December 3, 1997 at Jackson Parish Hospital. He was a long-time resident of Hodge, La, and was a retired Jackson Parish Deputy Sheriff. Survivors include his wife: Mrs.Myrtle A. Nunn of Hodge; two daughters: Rhonda Nunn Dye and husband, Johnny, of Hodge, and Sandra Nunn Seymore and husband, Cary, of Jonesboro; one brother: Robert E. "Sonny Boy" Nunn of Quitman; six sisters: Elvie Ware of Quitman, Sarah Terry of Jonesboro, Myrtle Reese Aucoin of Alexandria, Inez Etheridge of Jena, Kaleta Thomas and Geraldine Norred Hogg, both of Jonesboro; five grandchildren: Kayla Carol Dye Mae and husband, Christopher, of Knoxville, TN, Jon Jeremy Dye of Shreveport, Sunni Alayne Seymore Austin and husband, Darrell, of Hodge, Summer Lynn Seymore and Cary Lance Seymore, both of Jonesboro; two great-grandchildren: Kari Alayna Austin and Kara Blake Austin, both of Hodge.
