Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA

Funeral services for Ruth T. O'Briant, 84, of Rayville, LA will be held 3:00 
PM Friday, May 8, 2009 at Brown-Holley Chapel, Rayville, LA with Bro. Stanley 
Fortenberry and Bro. Waymon Swain officiating. Interment will follow in 
Rayville Masonic Cemetery, Rayville, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley 
Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.

Ruth O'Briant was born August 1, 1924 in Dunn, LA and passed away Wednesday, 
May 6, 2009 in Rayville, LA. Ruth was a member of Rayville Church of Christ.

She is preceded in death by her husband, R. C. O'Briant; sisters, Ruby Mae 
Tatum, Maudie Coonce, Helen Acktinson; brothers, Lonnie and W.E. "Bud" Tatum; 
parents, Henry and Lillie Tatum; sons, Donnie and Robert O'Briant and 
grandson, Jeff Box.

Survivors include her daughter, Mary Box and husband, Tommy of Rayville, LA; 
son, Twayne O'Briant and wife, Sherry of Winnsboro, LA; 10-grandchildren; 
numerous great grand children and great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be 1:00 PM until service time Friday at the funeral home.
