KATHERINE PURVIS OSBON

Funeral services for Katherine Purvis Osbon will be at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, 
November 8, 2016 at Palestine Baptist Church in Vixen, LA. Rev. Frank 
Shields will officiate. Interment will follow at Palestine Church Cemetery 
under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe.

Katherine was born on April 1, 1931 in West Monroe and passed away in West 
Monroe on November 5, 2016. She is preceded in death by her parents, James 
Monroe and Irma Purvis; four brothers, William Purvis, James Purvis, Harold 
Ray Purvis and Richard Purvis.

Katherine is survived by her husband of 66 years, Clifford L. Osbon, Sr.; 
five children, Clifford L. Osbon, Jr. and wife Evelyn, Ray Osbon and wife 
Judy, Debra Hill and husband Gene, Mike Osbon and wife Laurie, and Richard 
Osbon; nine grandchildren, Bradley Osbon, Chris Osbon, Miranda Blazier, 
Heath Osbon, Heather Bellard, Chad Hill, Chris Hill, Ethan Osbon, Jonathan 
Osbon and nine great-grandchildren.

Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. on Monday, November 7, 2016 at 
Palestine Baptist Church in Vixen, LA.
