Wednesday October 21, 2015 at the First United Methodist Church in Monroe, LA with Dr. Lynn Malone and Rev. J. Roddy Taylor officiating. Interment will be in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Monroe, LA. Mr. Page died October 18, 2015 at the Ouachita Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Charles was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church in Monroe, where he was a member of the Anna Gray Noe Sunday School Class. He was a graduate of Ouachita Parish High School, where he played football and basketball. He retired from H. D. Supply Company. He was a United States Navy Veteran of the Korean Conflict. Charles was a sweet and kind gentleman who immediately drew everyone in with his wit, charm, and wonderful sense of humor. He especially loved baseball and watching his grandson play golf. He was preceded in death by his parents, V. E. and Lillian Page and sister, Margie Puckett Moore. Survivors: his wife of 64 years, Mrs. Meredith S. Page; Daughter and Son-in- law, Michelle P. and Bill Harvey; two sons, Charles Danny Page and Noel Bentley Page; Grandchildren, Matthew Harvey and wife, Audrey, Alexa and Ashtyn Page. Pallbearers will be Jay Smeltzer, Hunter Smeltzer, John Hopper, Denny May, Don Puckett, and Gerald Massey. Honorary Pallbearers will be members of the Anna Gray Noe Sunday School Class. Visitation will be from Noon until service time Wednesday at the First United Methodist Church in Monroe, LA. Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church or the Twin City Ballet Company Scholarship Fund.
