Funeral services for Mrs. Sally Boyett Patrick, 61, of West Monroe, LA will be 
held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, July 2, 2008 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral 
Home West Monroe, LA with Rev David Mullins officiating. Interment will follow 
at Beech Creek Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West 
Monroe, LA.

Mrs. Patrick was born April 9, 1947 in Crowville, LA and passed away June 29, 
2008 in West Monroe, LA. She was preceded in death by her father, Leroy Boyett; 
daughter, Jennifer Boyett and a brother, Donnie Boyett. Mrs. Patrick was of the 
Baptist faith.

She is survived by her husband of 42 years Johnny Patrick; 5 sons, Jimmy Cotton 
and wife Sonja, Kevin Patrick and wife DeeDee, Darin Patrick and wife Jenny, 
Rusty Patrick, Michael Patrick and wife Kellie, Janet McCuin, Darlyn Fernandez 
and husband Paul; mother, Hazel Boyett; 14 grandchildren and 3 great-
grandchildren.

3 brothers, Duncan, Stevie, and Jerry Boyett; 3 sisters, Judy Gambino, Debbie 
Kenworthy, and Martha Graham; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Sons will serve as pallbearers; Jimmy Cotton, Kevin Patrick, Darin Patrick, 
Rusty Patrick, Mike Patrick, along with Bubba Mullins, John Brown and Joe Smith.

Honorary pallbearers will be Joe Lindsey and Joey Tidwell.

Visitation will be held Tuesday July 1, 2008 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
