Funeral service for Mrs. Jewel Lorene May Patrick, 88, of West Monroe will be 
held at 2:00 PM Monday, December 29, 2008, at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West 
Monroe, with Rev Rick Crandall and Rev. David Mullins officiating. Interment 
to follow at Kilpatrick Serenity Gardens in West Monroe.

Mrs. Patrick was born March 2, 1920 in Chatham, LA and died December 27, 2008 
in West Monroe, LA.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie Lee Patrick, Sr.; parents, 
Winnie and Harvey May; sister, Opal Kelly; brothers, Harlan May, Billy May and 
Winston May; daughter-in-law, Sally Boyett Patrick; five grandchildren and two 
great grandsons.

Survivors include her nine children, Johnnie Patrick Jr., Ronnie Patrick and 
wife Carolyn, Donnie Patrick and wife Sally, Sue Brown and husband Johnny, 
Shirley Taylor, Steve Patrick and wife Brenda, Lois Walters and husband Lanny, 
Kay Boyett and husband Jerry, and Sandra Burch and husband Paul; three 
brothers Kenneth May, Theo May, and Freeland May; numerous grandchildren and 
great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Cotton, Kevin Patrick, Darin Patrick, Rusty Patrick, 
Mike Patrick and Robbie Patrick.

Honorary Pallbearers will be D. J. Patrick, Travis Burch, Cody Burch and Ameal 
Patrick.
