MR. WAYNE DALTON PATTON

Owens Memorial Chapel, Inc. - Ruston, LA.

Funeral services for Mr. Wayne Patton, age 69, of Jonesboro, LA, will be held 
on Tuesday, March 1, 2005, at 2:00 PM, at Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 
with the Rev. Larry Emory officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn 
Cemetery in Ruston under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 
of Ruston.
Mr. Patton was born on June 17, 1935 in Quitman to the union of Lowell and 
Lettie Patton. He died February 26, 2005 in Jonesboro after a brief illness.
He was a retired business owner and longtime resident Ruston and enjoyed dirt 
track car racing and NASCAR. Mr. Patton was a member of Ruston Lodge #106 F & 
AM.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Patton and his father.
Mr. Patton is survived by his mother: Lettie Patton of Jonesboro; four 
children: Butch Patton and wife Linda of Quitman, Brenda Wilbanks and husband 
Robert of Columbia, Jeff Patton and wife Jecquitta of Dubach and Michael 
Patton of Jonesboro; and nine grand children. He is also survived by one 
brother: Bobby Patton and wife Kay of Jonesboro and one sister: Patsy 
Alexander and husband Randy of Choudrant and numerous and nephews. The 
visitation will be held on Monday, February 28, 2005 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 
PM at Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.
