JIMMY N. PAYNE
Memorial services for Jimmy N. Payne, 74, of Swartz, LA will be held Saturday, 
September 12, 2009 at 10:00 AM at St. Mark's United Methodist Church on 
Lincoln Road in Monroe. Mr. Payne passed away September 5, 2009 in Memphis, TN 
after undergoing surgery.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Nelson & Mable Payne, two sisters, 
Lila Grantham and Doris Cooke, two brothers, William (Billy) Brandon, and 
Edward (Buster) Brandon.

Mr. Payne is survived by his wife of 53 years, Maxine Payne; two sisters, 
Frieda Massingale, Alice Clark and husband Lee; two brothers, Eugene Brandon 
and wife Margret, Dewey Payne and wife Betty; his children, Candace Tucker and 
husband Charlie, Jimmy N. Payne, Jr., Jeffrey A. Payne and wife Debbie, 
Geoffrey Payne and wife Lisa; and the love of his life, his granddaughter, 
Samantha Kelly; one brother-in-law, Wayne Ladner and wife Alva and sister-in-
law, Phil Luckie Hart, and numerous nieces, nephews and many friends
