Javena Rose Pennington, age 87, died March 13, 2009, at the Woodridge Nursing 
Home in Grapeview, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and 
Sally Bennett Keith, her husband Hugh, Pennington and six siblings. She is 
survived by her son, Hugh Keith (Judy) Pennington, three daughters: Zo (James) 
Harper, Karen Brown, and Beth (John) Harvell; three sisters: Mavis Gupton, 
Dulzie Clark and Zola Bickman, ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. 
Funeral service will be held on Friday, March 20, 2009, at 2:00 PM in the 
Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Pleasant View 
United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers: Grandsons, Brian Pennington, Jason Pennington, Jay 
Harper, Ryan Brown, Kyle Brown, Brendan Harvell. The family will receive 
friends at the funeral home on Friday, March 20, 2009, from twelve noon until
