JEFF PERKINS

Funeral Services for Mr. Jeff Perkins of Calhoun, La will be 3:00 PM Friday, 
July 24, 2015, at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church in West Monroe with Rev. Rick 
McPhearson officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church 
Cemetery under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home West Monroe. Visitation 
will be from 1:00 PM until time of service at the church.

Mr. Perkins was born July 19, 1963, in San Pedro, CA and passed from this life 
on July 23, 2015, in Monroe, LA, at the age of 52.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Margie Perkins; grandparents, Forest & 
Vivian Jarvis; daughter, Katie Perkins; and uncle, Charles Jarvis.

Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Tammy B. Perkins; his children, Jamie 
Lane Ballard and Chris Berry; granddaughter, Isabella Ballard; his father, 
Ronald Perkins, Sr. & wife Carol; one brother, Ronald Perkins & wife Cheryl; 
aunts, Pat Jarvis and Janice Bearden & husband Michael; also survived by a host 
of nieces, nephews and friends.

Pallbearers will be Nathan Howell, Michael Bearden, Brian Whitehead, Tommy 
Weems, Alex Berry and Terry Berry.
