CAROLYN DELORES PERRY

Funeral services for Carolyn Delores Perry, 65, of Monroe, will be held at 
1:00 PM Wednesday, September 19, 2012, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, 
Sterlington Road, Monroe, with Rev. Darrell Washam officiating. Interment will 
follow at Loch Arbor Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Perry passed away Sunday, September 16, 2012, at St. Francis Medical 
Center. She was a member of College Place Baptist Church, a very accomplished 
seamstress, and enjoyed her computer.

Mrs. Perry was preceded in death by her parents, Emmett "Peanut" and Marie 
Gibbs.

Survivors include her husband, David F. Perry; children, Mary Guidry and 
husband Daniel, Lori Takewell and husband Terry, Julie Procell and husband 
Chris, William David Potter, and Kathy Hendren; grandchildren, Corey McManus, 
Savannah McManus, Tyler Leger, Bailey Andras, Brent Takewell, Brandon Salter, 
Jesse Salter, Hope Hendren, and Kevin Hendren; seven great grandchildren; 
sister, Peggy Tennyson and husband Bronnie; brother, Emmett S. Gibbs and wife 
Lisa; several nieces and nephews; and her constant canine companion, Stormy.

Pallbearers will be Brent Takewell, Terry Takewell, Jonathan Gibbs, Chris 
Procell, Tyler Leger, and Elliott Lewis.

Honorary pallbearer will be Darrell Campbell and Josh Martin.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Mulhearn Funeral 
Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.

Memorials may be made to the Ouachita Humane Society.
