Todd Perry and Bro. Otis Bowman officiating. Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 from 6-8 PM at Cox Funeral Home. Burial with Military Honors will be in the Epps Cemetery under the direction of Cox Funeral Home. Buddy was a native and life long resident of Richland Parish. He was an Air Force Sergeant and owner/operator of Buddy's Welding Shop at Epps. He is preceded in death by his parents, Herbert Leon Perry and Gladys Lucille Warren Perry. Buddy is survived by one son, Leslie Leon Perry and wife Amy of Mansfield, LA; a granddaughter, Skyler Lynn Perry; a sister, Mary Frances Perry James of Haughton, LA; two nieces, Tracy Brewer Simmons and husband Chad of Haughton, LA and Donna Brewer Wilson and husband Jim of Bossier City, LA. He is also survived by a great niece and great nephew, Chelsea Morgan Wilson and Dayton Simmons. Pallbearers will be O'Neal Perry, Dayton Simmons, Jerry Morris, James Ernest Perry, Leo Coleman and Mark Miller.
