FRANK "BUBBA" H. PETTIT III

Sterlington Road, Monroe, LA

Funeral services for Mr. Frank "Bubba" H. Pettit III, 78, of Monroe will be 
held at 11:00 AM Friday, February 13, 2009 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral 
Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe with Pastor Shane Creech officiating. Interment 
will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mr. Pettit passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2009. He was a member of Delta 
Sigma Fraternity and "The Deacons" Social Club. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran of 
the Korean War. He retired from IMC after thirty-eight years as a catalyst 
operator.

He was preceded in death by his son, Frank Pettit and granddaughter, Carolyn 
Windham.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann Pettit; son, Richard Pettit of Denham 
Springs, LA; daughters, Patricia Creighton of Monroe, LA and Joan Adams of 
Downsville, LA; son-in-law, Layne Adams of Downsville, LA; daughter-in-law, 
Shani Pettit; grandsons, Walter "Deuce" Windham II, Brenton Creighton, Forrest 
Adams, and Tristan Kidder; granddaughters, Anastasia Adams, Evelyn Adams, 
Bradli Nelson, and Alyssa Nelson.

Pallbearers will be Layne Adams, Lance LeButt, Walter "Deuce" Windham II, 
Brenton Creighton, Kenneth Geter, and Jerry Geter. Honorary pallbearers will be 
Johnny Woodard, Tom King, J.C. Nolan, and Dr. Ran Phillips.

Visitation will be 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Thursday, February, 12, 2009 at 
Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
