A Memorial Service for Clarence Phillips, 53, of Gig Harbor, WA will be held 
at 4:00 PM Friday, May 13, 2011 in the Chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West 
Monroe, LA with Rev. Frank Coens officiating.

Mr. Phillips was the director of Neurophysiology and Sleep Lab at the Multi 
Care Health System in Tacoma, WA. Previously the director of sleep labs at 
Glenwood Regional Medical center, West Monroe, LA.

Survivors include wife Nikki Piro Phillips, daughter Michelle Posey and 
husband Scott, mother Mavis Camp Phillips of Sulligent, Al, Brothers Carl 
Phillips of Cookeville, TN, Clyde Phillips of Nashville, TN and The ba-baies 
Mitzie- Louise ,Bubba da Dawg, Maggie Mae Magee , and Sebastian Gumbo Barnard.

A reception to follow the service at the Community room at the Glenwood 
Medical Mall.

Memorial may be made to the Mary Bridge Children's Foundation, ENDOCRINE 
CLINIC, PO Box 5296, Tacoma, WA 98415-0296.
