Anne, 54, pass passed away December 21, 2016, from injuries sustained in an automobile acci accident. Anne was full of love and laughter. She never met a stranger. All who met her we were left with lasting impressions; whether from her boisterous storytelling or he her unshakeable faith in F.R.O.G. FULLY RELY ON GOD were words Anne lived by. Sh She never missed an opportunity to share her belief that God is in control of al all things. She will forever live on in the hearts and memories of those she le left behind. Anne was preceded in death by her son Bradley Gwin, father Ray Peoples, step-father Eli father Eli Garsee, grandparents Mr&Mrs Lloyd Peoples and Mr&Mrs C.J. Remore She is survived by her children Wesley Gwin and Lindsey Gwin Hankins, both of Oak Grove, grandchildren Kailey and Logan Hankins of Oak Grove; mother Jerry Garsee Garsee of Oak Grove, husband Johnny Phillips of Jonesboro, AR; Siblings: Sam Peoples of Phoenix, AZ, Jeff Garsee of Mansfield, Lloyd Peoples of Baskin; Amy Garsee Garsee Hill and Amanda Garsee Ritchie, both of Oak Grove and Tammy Peoples Thompson of Newellton; special friend Kevin Simms of Sedgwick, AR; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
