RUSSELL LOWELL PICKETT

Russell Lowell Pickett, 78, passed away April 8, 2016 in Fort Collins, CO. He 
resided in Monroe, LA until moving to Fort Collins, CO in 2001. He proudly served 
his country in the U.S. Army from 1962-64. Russell worked for Premier Bank 
formerly Ouachita National Bank from 1968-1993 beginning as a teller and retiring 
as branch Vice President. Memorial contributions may be made to the National
