AUGUST PIQUE


Memorial services will be held for August "Gus" Pique, 59, of West Monroe at 
2:00 PM, Saturday, July 8, 2017 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home 
West Monroe, LA. Father Job Scaria will officiate. Visitation will be held 
Saturday, July 8, 2017 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home 
West Monroe.

Gus was born November 1, 1957 in Gulfport, MS and passed away July 5, 2017 
in West Monroe. He was preceded in death by his father, August R. Pique, Sr. 
He was service manager at Ink's Firestone. Gus enjoyed fishing, hunting, 
cooking and spending time with his grandchildren and family.

Gus is survived by his wife and soulmate of 22 years, Susie King Pique; 
children, Ryan Pique and wife Monica, Audrey Hankins and wife Gina, Amanda 
Moss and husband Matthew, Adrienne Temple and husband Calvin, and Justin 
Mahoney; mother, Marie Ladner Pique; sisters, Sandra Erhard and husband 
Johnny, and Tammy Morton and husband Patrick; grandchildren, Devon, Pamela, 
Jonah, Braxton, Jade, Mallorie, Calvin, and Mila; and several nieces and 
nephews.
