RICHARD "RICK" PITTMAN

Funeral services for Richard "Rick" Pittman 42, of Farmerville, LA., will be 
held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, August 5, 2014 in Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel. 
Officiating will be Rev. Roger Johnson. Interment will follow in Shiloh 
Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Farmerville. 

Richard was born on October 12, 1971 and passed away on August 1, 2014. Mr. 
Pittman served in the United States Calvary and was a veteran of Desert Storm 
and Desert Shield and also served in Bosnia. He worked as a correctional 
officer at the Union Parish Detention Center and David Wade Correctional 
Facility. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Farmerville. He was 
preceded in death by his father, Ralph Pittman; and brother, Michael Reynolds.

Survivors include his wife Jessica Pittman of Farmerville, LA; sons, Elton 
Pittman, Ethan Pittman, Ewan Pittman, Ian Pittman, Gabriel Pittman; daughter, 
Elizabeth Pittman all of Farmerville, LA; mother, Lessie Moses of Lufkin, TX; 
sisters, Lori Pittman of Lufkin, TX; Sarah Roberts of Dallas, TX; brother, 
Billy Reynolds of Zavalla, TX; and one niece and one nephew.

Visitation will be held Monday, August 4, 2014 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Farmerville, LA.

Pallbearers will be Elton Pittman, Ethan Pittman, Eric Turner, Brad Williams, 
Steve Barmore, Barry Kilgore, Zack Medlin and Sam Webb.

Honorary Pallbearers are Shannon Holliday and Greg Pettis.
