Sunday July 5, 2015 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe Visitation will be at 2:00 P.M. until time of service. Brother William Edwards will officiate. Holly was born on March 31, 1956 in Monroe and was a lifelong area resident. She went home to be with the Lord unexpectedly on July 2, 2015 in West Monroe. Holly was a member of River Fellowship Church in West Monroe. She worked as a nurse for many years. In addition to being a natural caretaker to all, she was a wonderful cook who always enjoyed sharing meals with friends and family. Holly is preceded in death by her husband Charles Porter and father, Quitman Lively. She is survived by her mother Jimmie Lively; her son Todd Bourgeois, grandson Cameron Bourgeois, special friend Joy Martin and daughters Halee and Alyssa; brother Nelson Lively and wife Kate of Queen City, TX; brother Gary Lively and wife Kim of West Monroe; brother Randy Lively and wife Janet of Morrisville, NC; brother Rodney Lively and wife Tonya of West Monroe; sister Laquita Faulk of West Monroe; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
