EMILY ELAINE PYLANT

Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home

Ruston, Louisiana

Funeral services for Mrs. Emily Elaine Pylant will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday,
January 2, 2008 at the Pleasant Valley Assembly of God Church in Downsville with
the Rev. Tracy Ables officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery
under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston.

Mrs. Pylant was born April 10, 1931 in Downsville to Thomas and Carrie Frost
Tedeton. She died December 30, 2007 at her home in Downsville. She was a loving
mother and a member of the Pleasant Valley Assembly of God Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Loyd Pylant, her parents, and
nine brothers and sisters.

Mrs. Pylant is survived by her children Evelyn Janette Brehm of Longview, TX,
Wesley Glynn Pylant of Downsville, Brenda Gail Polk of Pearl, MS, and Travis
Gerald Pylant of Downsville; Step-daughter Jessie Mae Holland of Bernice; Eight
grandchildren, eight step-grand children and ten great grandchildren; Two
brothers Michael Tedeton and Jerry Tedeton and two sisters, Mercyle Silmon and
Linda Pender.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons: Michael Brehm, Jeffery Brehm, Eric Pylant,
Jamie Powell, Ryan Jennings, and Chris Pylant.

Visitation will be held at the Pleasant Valley Assembly of God Church from 5:00
PM until 9:00 PM Wednesday, January 1, 2008.
