RUBY RAGSDALE

Funeral services for Mrs. Ruby Ragsdale of Monroe, LA, age 82, will be held 
at 10:00 A.M., Monday, July 10, 2017 at Living Way Apostolic Church in West 
Monroe, LA. Officiating will be Pastor Nathan Thornton, Bro. Jason Hodge and 
Terry Ragsdale, II. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park under 
the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe. Ruby was born in Chase, 
LA on June 13, 1935 and passed away on July 7, 2017 in Monroe, LA.

Ruby was preceded in death by her husband, Marion Glenn Ragsdale; and 
brothers, David Lilly and Bill Lilly. She is survived by her daughter; 
Elaine R. Winters and her husband, Gerry of Eros, sons; Marshall L. Ragsdale 
and his wife, Deborah of Monroe, Russell Ragsdale and his wife, Genell of 
Winnsboro, Terry G. Ragsdale and his wife, Tammy of West Monroe; sister, 
Jane Meredith and sister-in-law, Kitty Lilly; and 10 grandchildren and 17 
great grandchildren and her dear friend, Lori Bordelon. The family would 
like to give a very special "thank you" to Restorative Home Health staff for 
their love and compassion shown to our mother during the last few years. 
Ruby was a member of Living Way Apostolic Church for over 20 years and loved 
being with her family. She was an avid quilter and a custom designer 
seamstress. Pallbearers will be her grandsons. Visitation will be held from 
5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Sunday, July 9, 2017 at Living Way Apostolic 
Church.
