WINFRED C. RAWLS

Graveside services for Mr. Winfred C. "Winchie" Rawls, Sr. of Calhoun, 
formerly of West Monroe, will be 2:00pm Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at Serenity 
Gardens in West Monroe, La with Rev. John Dallalio and Rev. Randy Dowdy 
officiating. A memorial gathering will be held at Mt. Zion Methodist Church on 
Hwy 80 in Calhoun following the graveside service. Arrangements are under the 
direction of Griffin Funeral Home West Monroe, La.

Mr. Rawls was born December 25, 1929 in West Monroe, La and passed from this 
life on February 21, 2015 in West Monroe at the age of 85.

He is preceded in death by his son, Clayton Rawls.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Evans Rawls; two sons, W.C. Rawls, Jr. and 
Steven Kim Tyler, Sr. & wife Glenda; three daughters, Donna Rawls Reeves, 
Sharon DeLane Rawls Little, and Winifred Denise Rawls Curtis & husband Kevin; 
two sisters, Patsy Garrett and Imogene Nola and two brothers, Bobby Rawls & 
wife Ginger and Richard Rawls & wife Joyce; ten grandchildren, nine great-
grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the West Ouachita 
Animal Shelter or a charity of your choice .
