LILLIE RUTH READ

Funeral services for Lillie Ruth Read will be held at 3:00 PM, Friday, May 29, 
2015 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe with Rev. Mikey Cheshier officiating. 
Interment will follow at Riverview Cemetery in Monroe, LA under the direction 
of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe.

Mrs. Read was born on February 23, 1931 in El Dorado, AR and passed away on May 
23, 2015 in Monroe, LA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Read; 
daughter, Paula; parents, Bobby and Lena Frisby; siblings, Bill, Hazel, and 
Bob; son-in-law, Alvin.

She is survived by her daughters, Sherry Hamilton, Debra Futch (Jerry), and 
Andrea Read Ellis (Larry), 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

The family would like to acknowledge Jean Matthews and all of the other 
caregivers.

Pallbearers will be Kevin and Chris Hamilton, Jeff Futch, Nick Bradshaw, Lynn 
Powell, and Jessie Read.

Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until the time of service at Kilpatrick Funeral 
Home of Monroe.
