Monday, February 9, 2015 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA with Rev. Troy Dennard officiating. Interment will follow in the Riverview Cemetery in Monroe, LA. Mr. Reagan was born on July 29, 1931 in Monroe, LA and passed away on February 5, 2015 in Rocky Branch, LA. Jim retired from a paper bag company in New York. After his retirement, he and Mrs. Reagan enjoyed traveling by motorhome around the USA. He was a certified open water diver, a parachutist and a pilot of small aircraft. In 2007, Jim was Potentate at the Barak Shrine and also Master of the Cadeville Lodge #229. He was a member in good standing of the Union Fraternal Lodge #53, Valley of Monroe Scottish Rite, Royal Order of Jesters Palm Beaches Ct # 179 and the Order of Quetzalcoatl Moreno Pelicano #185. Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas "Jimmy" and Ruby Irene Sally Reagan; sons, Thomas Hardy Reagan, Chester Glenn Reagan, and Curtis Marvin Reagan; and by brothers, Bobby Glynn Reagan and Tommy Frank Reagan. Survivors include his wife, Jane Brook Reagan; sister, Alice Katheryn Reagan Crawford and husband, Kenneth Dale; son, James Eunie Reagan; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., Sunday, February 8, 2015 at Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children, 3100 Samford Ave. Shreveport, LA 71103 or the Barak Shrine Patient Transportation Fund, 6620 Frontage Road Monroe, LA 71202.
